Edwin Watts Grand Opening Concord, NC

Edwin Watts Golf recently celebrated its Grand Opening in Concord, NC. The new store is approximately 10,000 square feet and was one of two recent Edwin Watts developments by Saad & Vallas Realty Group. The new Concord store is located at 7940 Lyles Lane NW, Concord, NC, ten miles north of downtown Charlotte, in Concord Mills - a 1.3 million square foot, market dominant retail and entertainment district, anchored by Bass Pro, Garden Ridge, AMC 24 and other leading retailers.

Edwin Watts Golf Shops is a leading retailer of golf equipment, apparel and accessories, and is consistently ranked in the top fifty in national sales among all sporting goods retailers. Founded in 1968, the company owns fifty-three stores. The Concord location was called "The best golf store in the Charlotte market" by Langston Wertz, Jr., of the Charlotte Observer.

Saad Development and FedEx Freight break ground in East Moline, Illinois

Saad Development Corporation and FedEx Freight are pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a 122,000 square foot trucking facility just off Interstate 80 in East Moline, Illinois. The facility, which will include 195 doors, sits on 65 acres and will employ more than 100 people. I-80 is a major gateway to Chicago, and the site allows for substantial future growth and expansion.

New Corporate Headquarters
Saad & Vallas Realty Group, L.L.C., and Saad Development Corporation proudly announce the opening of their new corporate headquarters in The Real Estate Center at 3601 Spring Hill Business Park in Mobile. The two-story building, which was developed by Saad Development, will also house Elcan & Associates; Roberts Brothers Realtors; Partridge, Smith P.C. and Gibbons & Associates.
