| Stephanie L. Booth joined Saad Development Corporation and Saad Realty Group in 2008. In her capacity as General Counsel, Stephanie represents the companies in a variety of legal matters. She has extensive experience with commercial real estate transactions, construction contracts and procedures, and general corporate law. She is also the Corporate Secretary for the companies. She earned a B.S. from the University of South Alabama (2000) and her J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law (2008). She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the Mobile Bar Association. |
